Smoked Salmon Saviour
Ingredients
60g smoked salmon
3 tbsp creme fraiche
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
1-2 tbsp dill
Squeeze lemon juice
Method
Simple chop up your smoked salmon and mix through your creme fraiche, yoghurt, dill and lemon juice.
Season to taste and use.
Saviour because it can be an easy dip, sandwich filler or delish sauce to go with pasta. This salmon recipe will go down a treat with little ones and big!
The dill really brings it to life and adds a real sense of freshness. Salmon is full of brilliant brain-boosting oils as well as being great for the skin, and dill is full of bone-strengthening calcium and antibacterial properties which help ward off illness.
