Doves Farm and White Spelt Flour Mystery

Just been on the phone with Doves Farm about their white spelt flour which seems to have disappeared from all stores - apparently the grain didn't do as well as they had hoped so they have not been able to supply their main stores - however hoping by July to have a fresh supply...fingers crossed! Otherwise am back to using wholewheat flour, wholegrain spelt and almond flour. x
