These are really easy. In fact so easy you can get your kids to make them with you, if you have the time.

All kids seem to love pizza so it's great to know you can make them something a lot healthier than the normal, heavy and processed ones. I try not to use processed meats, like salamis and ham, however once in a while, and as a sprinkling over a pizza, I am willing to turn a blind eye.

Once you have the base of the tomato puree and mozzarella, you can really add any topping you wish from feta, spinach, onion, pineapple and even cracked eggs.

Plus, because you can make them as and when you feel like it you don't need to worry about date stamps and use by dates.

It's A Wrap Pizza

Gently place the pizza onto a baking sheet and cook for 10-ish minutes until it's taken on a bit of colour, the tomatoes softened and cheese melted.

Cut into pieces and enjoy.

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place your wrap on an even surface and with the back of a spoon smear the tomato paste all over it.

Next, sprinkle on the mozarella cheese, then tomato slices and salami.

Serves 2 adults or 4 small children

Ingredients

2 brown wraps (ours were gluten-free and square but you can get round)

3 generous tablespoons of tomato puree

100-150g grated mozzarella (approx – can use more or less according to your taste)
NB. It's best to buy hard mozzarella or pre-grated as the soft mozzarella you would eat in a salad is very water based and does not have the same result.

2 tomatoes, finely sliced

6 slices of salami

Handful of black olives
